They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join our Insurance-focused FIG team in New York City. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior bankers and clients on high-impact transactions, providing strategic insights and execution support across M&A and capital markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support execution of M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions within the insurance sector.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, valuation modeling, and industry research.
• Prepare and present client materials including pitch books, management presentations, and board materials.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional development.
• Maintain and build relationships with clients, industry participants, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• 4-6 years of investment banking experience, with at least 2 years at the Associate level.
• Strong transaction experience in the insurance space
• Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred but not required.
